Red By Night Buskin' For Charity.
As the lead on the Buskin For Charity team i would like to briefly outline the role of Red By Night in our efforts.
Buskin' For Charity is a project initially set up through Black Country Radio and my community work to support national charities. About 5 years ago i decided it would be better to focus locally . I formed a relationship with Russell Hall Hospital and discussed ways of supporting individual departments each year. The early years were spent playing at Russell Hall and out in the street.For the past two/ three years this has expanded. More local artists have come on board so it seemed logical to approach local venues and organisations to see if they could support bigger events.
"Red By Night were one of the first venues I/ We approached due to its connection with Black Country Radio and also it's location (On the Waterfront at B Hill) and it's pro-active position in engaging with local community. We have staged several Buskin' For Charity events over the last two years and have more arranged, such as, The Buskin' For Charity Black Country Nativity Dec 2022). The support, not only in allowing us to use the venue but in the back up team of staff and technicians has been amazing. We are indebted to both the venue and staff for the continued way they are first up when we come up with new ideas to raise funds. Over the past two years alone we have raised (by end of 2022) close on 25 thousand pounds for The Breast and Prostate Units, this year the Neonatal and Children's Units at the hospital. This money changes people’s lives and every penny goes direct to the units. Red by Night and all its staff have played a massive part in this and we hope to carry on with the relationship we have made.

"With Juniper Training being local to Red By Night, the venue stood out as an ideal location for us to host our annual awards event. From start to finish Rachel and her team were amazing in enabling us to put on an event to be proud of. The technology and facilities at RBN are amazing and the onsite sound tech ensured that everything ran smoothly. The team looked after all out guests and provided an impeccable service throughout the event.
I would 100% recommend Red By Night for any small to medium sized awards/ corporate events.
